Rights of Investors

To get research services from a person who is properly registered with SEBI.
To receive proper disclosures in respect of registration information, associations, and, where applicable, any conflict of interest.
To be notified that the research provided is not investment advice.
To be provided with transparency regarding the scope and boundaries of research services.
To have recourse to grievance redressal mechanisms as needed.
